Terms of Service

Welcome to Dearly, a service operated by OUTWORX FOR WEB-DESIGN, a sole establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (E-Trader License No. 1556815). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them — we’ve kept them short and plain.

The service

Dearly helps you remember birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions for the people you care about, and sends you reminder emails ahead of time. We do our best to deliver reminders reliably, but we can’t guarantee delivery and aren’t liable for a missed or late reminder.

Your account

• You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Dearly.
• Please provide accurate information and only add people’s details you’re entitled to store.

Free and Pro plans

• The free plan lets you track up to 3 people at no cost.
• Dearly Pro is billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown before you subscribe.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it won’t renew after that.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Dearly to send spam, break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability & changes

Dearly is provided “as is.” We may update, pause, or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms; if we make material changes we’ll let you know. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
